Autopilot 😶

Have you ever caught yourself just going through the motions?

You wake up, get dressed, take care of what needs to be done, and repeat. No passion, no presence—just survival. That’s called living on autopilot. 🧠

Autopilot happens when life becomes too much, and your body continues to function while your spirit quietly shuts down. You stop dreaming, you stop feeling, and before you know it, you stop living. Not physically, but emotionally and mentally.

We all hit that space sometimes—when the weight of responsibilities, pain, or just fatigue makes us numb. But here’s the truth:

👉 You weren’t created just to exist.

You were created to live. To breathe deeply. To feel joy again. To laugh for real—not the forced kind. To have moments that remind you why you fought so hard to keep going.

So today, I challenge you (and myself): check in with your heart. 💛

Are you still dreaming? Are you still showing up for you? Or are you just surviving?

It’s time to take back the wheel. Turn off autopilot. Start small—pray, journal, dance in the mirror, go for a walk, talk to someone who pours into you. Whatever helps you remember that you are alive.

And that life is still waiting on you to live it. 🌱
