Anger is a natural emotion—sometimes even justified—but acting on it rarely leads to anything good. In moments of rage, we often say things we don’t mean, hurt people we actually care about, or make decisions that create more damage than healing.
When emotions are high, logic tends to be low. And that’s exactly when the enemy wants you to move. But growth is learning to pause, pray, and process before reacting. Acting in anger may feel powerful in the moment, but peace is more powerful in the long run.
Take a breath. Step back. Let God handle what you can’t. Everything doesn’t deserve your reaction—and your peace is far too expensive to sacrifice over temporary emotions.
