Not All Change Is Bad ✨

Change gets a bad rep because it rarely asks permission. It interrupts our plans, stretches our comfort zones, and makes us grieve what used to be. But not all change is punishment—sometimes it’s protection, preparation, and promotion.

Lately I’ve been reminding myself:

  • The doors that closed weren’t always losses. Some were exits from rooms I’d outgrown.
  • The people who left made space for healthier love, clearer boundaries, and softer mornings.
  • The routines that fell apart taught me to build new ones that fit who I am now—not who I used to be.

Growth will cost you old versions of yourself. And yes, that can hurt. But healing doesn’t ask you to pretend; it asks you to be honest. If something no longer aligns with your peace, your purpose, or your future, let it shift. Let it end. Let it begin again.

Today, choose to see change as an invitation:

  • to forgive yourself for staying too long,
  • to thank yourself for finally moving,
  • and to trust God with the parts you can’t control.

Not all change is bad. Some of it is your answered prayer—just dressed in unfamiliar clothes.

If this spoke to you, share it with someone who’s standing on the edge of their next chapter. 🌿
