Pain will sometimes come soft, sometimes loud, but always with a purpose.  It’s the part of life that tries to shrink us, to make us forget who we are and what we carry inside. But the truth is, pain isn’t meant to define you ,  it’s meant to refine you.

When life breaks you down, you have two choices and that’s either stay where it hurt you, or rise where it tried to end you.  Being bigger than your pain doesn’t mean pretending it doesn’t hurt. It means feeling it, learning from it, and still choosing to move forward.  It means refusing to let that heartbreak, betrayal, or disappointment take permanent residence in your soul.

Your healing is proof that the enemy didn’t win.  Your growth is evidence that God never left.  Sometimes the very thing that tried to destroy you becomes the reason you rise. So don’t curse the pain, simply  use it. Let it teach you strength, patience, and power you didn’t know you had.

Every scar has a story, and yours is one of survival.  Be bigger than your pain  because your purpose deserves it.
