Encouragement
Today I want to encourage you
This is my little corner of healing, hope, and honesty. 💛💛
Here, I write straight from the heart — about faith, love, growth, and the moments that try to break us but ultimately build us.
Each post is a reflection of the lessons I’ve learned (and I am still learning) while walking this journey with God’s grace. My prayer is that something you read here reminds you that you’re not alone — and that your story still has purpose, even in the parts that hurt.
So grab your peace, take a breath, and stay awhile.
✨ You belong here.

Peace isn’t something the world hands you. It’s something you create within yourself, no matter how loud the storms around you become. Life has a way of throwing us into situations we didn’t ask for—heartbreak, betrayal, grief, or simply exhaustion from trying to carry it all alone. But one thing I’ve learned through my own journey is this: peace is a choice, not a circumstance.

Today, let’s make it a point to think positive. Life may not be perfect, and things may not be exactly how we want them to be, but there is always something to be grateful for.

Life won’t always be perfect.
Jul 20, 2025 4:44 PM
Life has a way of bringing people and situations into our hearts that leave us feeling wounded, betrayed, and disappointed. It’s human to want to hold on to the pain, to replay the hurt over and over as if somehow it will make sense of it all. But the truth is, the longer we carry unforgiveness, the heavier our hearts become.

Letting go isn’t always easy. In fact, sometimes it’s one of the hardest things you’ll ever have to do. 💔 But the truth is, holding on to what’s hurting you, draining you, or weighing you down will only keep you stuck in a cycle of pain. 😞🌀

There’s something rare and powerful about unconditional love. It doesn’t keep score. It doesn’t come with contracts, requirements, or expiration dates. It’s the kind of love that says, “Even when you fall short, I’m still here.”
Jul 24, 2025 9:39 PM
Have you ever sat in silence, torn between what you know and what you feel? That quiet war between your mind and your heart can feel like an unending battle — one whispering logic, the other shouting emotion.

Today I was mad 😡—and I didn’t even know why. Nothing happened. No one upset me. But I felt overwhelmed and on edge 😔.
Jul 27, 2025 5:22 PM
Have you ever caught yourself just going through the motions?
Jul 28, 2025 2:44 PM
Have you ever felt like God put you on hold? Like your prayers have gone unheard and your name has been forgotten?
Jul 29, 2025 4:30 PM
There’s something powerful about the moment you remember who you are.

So many people confuse forgiveness with weakness. They think letting go means giving in, or that offering grace is the same as tolerating disrespect. But the truth is, forgiveness takes strength—the kind of strength that many people run from because it requires facing your pain head-on and choosing peace over pride.

You can sit beside someone every day and still feel a million miles away.
Aug 2, 2025 10:09 PM
So many of us have been through heartbreak, betrayal, disappointment, and loss. We’ve learned to survive in chaos, to prepare for pain, and to guard our joy just in case it gets taken away. But what happens when peace finally shows up? When love is healthy? When happiness is real?
Aug 3, 2025 4:31 PM
Sometimes we cling to what feels good, or what we think we’re missing, rather than choosing what’s right. It’s easy to chase comfort, routine, or temporary fulfillment—especially when we’re tired, hurt, or just longing for more. I’m sure we’ve all been there.
Aug 4, 2025 4:52 PM
We spend so much of our lives chasing the next goal, the next fix, or the next “right time.” But sometimes, the most healing thing we can do is just pause… and be.
Aug 5, 2025 12:29 PM
Parenthood will test every part of you, your patience, your strength, your sleep schedule, your emotions, your plans. Some days you feel like you’ve got it together… other days, you’re just trying to make it to bedtime without breaking down.
Aug 6, 2025 2:14 PM
We love to scream “I’m unbothered,” yet we spend hours plotting a clapback, waiting for karma to spin the block, or trying to prove a point. But truthfully… if you’re seeking revenge, you are bothered.
Aug 6, 2025 6:44 PM
There’s a certain kind of pain that comes from losing people who were once your whole world. People you confided in, celebrated with, prayed for, and stood by, only to realize they wouldn’t do the same for you.
Aug 7, 2025 10:14 PM
We all face ups and downs. Life doesn’t come with guarantees or clear instructions, just moments we have to navigate with courage and faith. One day you’re winning, the next you’re figuring out how to keep going. But isn’t that the beauty and risk of it all?
Aug 8, 2025 12:55 PM
Anger is a natural emotion—sometimes even justified—but acting on it rarely leads to anything good. In moments of rage, we often say things we don’t mean, hurt people we actually care about, or make decisions that create more damage than healing.
Aug 9, 2025 6:01 PM
I’m going to start with me. I’m not perfect—never claimed to be—and I’ve made choices that came with consequences I had to face. Some lessons were hard, some were humbling, but all were necessary. Each day, I strive to grow, to make wiser decisions, and to become a better version of myself than I was yesterday.
Aug 10, 2025 5:41 PM
Sometimes we get so caught up in the pain of the past that we forget the blessings right in front of us. We hold onto the hurt, the disappointments, and the “what ifs,” not realizing they’re weighing us down.
Aug 12, 2025 5:27 PM
We often hope that life will get better when people treat us differently, when our circumstances shift, or when doors finally open. But real, lasting change doesn’t start out there—it starts in here.
Aug 13, 2025 11:48 PM
Life has a way of testing our patience, our strength, and our faith all at the same time. Just when we think we’re making progress, something happens to make us feel like we’re back at square one. But the truth is — you’re not starting over. You’re starting stronger.
Aug 14, 2025 6:36 PM
Sometimes, life has a way of forcing us to hit the reset button — whether we’re ready or not. It could be the end of a friendship, a job change, a move, or a personal shift we didn’t see coming. At first, it feels like loss. But with time, we realize it’s actually an invitation to rebuild.
Aug 15, 2025 8:58 AM
There are moments in life when it feels like everything you’ve built has crumbled—your dreams, your relationships, your confidence. The pieces of you are scattered, and you wonder if you’ll ever feel whole again.
Aug 16, 2025 6:45 PM
Sometimes it takes losing yourself to realize who you really are. Hanging with the wrong crowd can feel exciting at first—new friends, constant action, and a sense of belonging. But slowly, without even noticing, you start changing. Your values slip, your dreams fade, and you find yourself doing things you once said you’d never do.
Aug 17, 2025 8:06 PM
Change gets a bad rep because it rarely asks permission. It interrupts our plans, stretches our comfort zones, and makes us grieve what used to be. But not all change is punishment—sometimes it’s protection, preparation, and promotion.
Aug 18, 2025 6:01 PM
We live in a world where we’re often told to “keep it together” and “stay strong,” but what happens when holding it all in starts to weigh us down? Bottling up emotions doesn’t make them disappear—it only makes them heavier.
Aug 19, 2025 8:48 PM
Life has a way of testing us in ways we never expect. The unknown can feel heavy, and fear often whispers louder than faith. But the truth is—fear limits us, while faith frees us.
Aug 20, 2025 5:32 PM
We live in a world that often tells us to “think it through” or “be logical.” And while there’s wisdom in caution, there’s also a quiet danger: when we rely only on our mind, we risk silencing the very thing that makes us feel alive—our heart.
Aug 21, 2025 9:42 AM
Life will always bring storms — moments that feel overwhelming, uncertain, and heavy. But even in those seasons, joy is not gone; it’s just waiting to be found.
Aug 22, 2025 5:19 PM
Sometimes the hardest part isn’t the task itself—it’s simply showing up.
Aug 24, 2025 12:55 AM
So often, we are told to “be grateful” for what we have—and while gratitude is powerful and necessary, it doesn’t mean you have to settle. Wanting more for yourself doesn’t make you ungrateful. It makes you aware that there’s growth, purpose, and fulfillment waiting beyond where you are now.
Aug 25, 2025 9:08 PM
Sometimes life takes us down roads we never expected. The detours, the delays, and even the heartbreaks can leave us questioning why. But the truth is, God’s plan is always greater than ours.
Aug 26, 2025 5:55 PM
I’ve already shared who I am on my website, but today I want to open the door a little wider. This space isn’t just about me—it’s about us. I’d love for you to get comfortable here, engage, and truly feel a part of this community.
Aug 28, 2025 6:26 PM
Life has a way of reminding us that endings are not always final — sometimes, they’re fresh beginnings in disguise. For a long time, I used to look at change as something scary, a signal that I had “messed up” or that things weren’t going the way they were supposed to. But over time, I realized that starting over doesn’t mean failure. It means growth.
Aug 29, 2025 8:53 PM
I can’t explain it. There’s no one reason, no clear answer—just a heavy feeling sitting on my chest. Today, I’m simply not okay.
Sep 8, 2025 8:03 PM
The past has a way of holding us hostage if we let it. Mistakes, heartbreaks, disappointments, and even the “what ifs” can keep us stuck in places we were never meant to stay. But the truth is—you can’t move forward while looking backward.
Sep 9, 2025 10:44 PM
Today I had to remind myself that it’s okay not to have everything figured out. I can be so hard on myself sometimes—wanting to do everything perfectly, wanting to be everything for everyone. But the truth is, I’m still learning, still growing, still healing.
Sep 14, 2025 2:02 PM
Life doesn’t always go the way we planned. Some seasons feel heavy, full of obstacles and disappointments. But just like flowers that push through the soil to reach the sunlight, we are designed to grow even in hard places.
Sep 16, 2025 4:18 PM
Sep 22, 2025 4:56 PM
Sometimes the hardest battles aren’t the ones people can see, but the ones we fight inside. A heart divided is torn between what it wants and what it knows it needs. Between holding on and letting go. Between love and peace.
Sep 29, 2025 5:12 AM
Some days feel heavier than others, and today is one of those days. My heart carries the weight of memories, unanswered questions, and emotions I can’t always put into words. Grief and love often walk side by side, and though the pain lingers, it’s a reminder that I once had something so real, so deep, that losing it hurts this much.
Oct 5, 2025 8:09 PM
Lately, I’ve been feeling numb — not sad, not happy, just here. It’s like I’m existing but not really living. Some days I wake up and go through the motions, but inside, it’s quiet. Too quiet. I used to cry about everything, but lately, even my tears feel tired.

Oct 16, 2025 11:31 PM
There comes a moment when you pause, look in the mirror, and realize you don’t quite recognize the person looking back.
Oct 20, 2025 10:24 PM
There’s something sacred about the moment you finally let go — not because it didn’t hurt, not because you’ve forgotten, but because you’ve decided you deserve peace more than you deserve revenge. Healing and forgiveness are not the same, but they walk hand in hand. One opens the door, the other teaches you how to walk through it.
Oct 21, 2025 9:41 PM
Sometimes God will confirm what you already knew deep down , but you have to be still enough to hear it again.
Oct 22, 2025 10:30 PM
Growth isn’t always gentle. Sometimes it comes disguised as heartbreak, silence, or a door you never saw closing. For a long time, I thought “change” meant becoming someone new, but now I realize it’s really about returning to who you were meant to be before the world taught you otherwise.
Oct 23, 2025 10:05 AM
There will always be people who misunderstand you, envy your light, or project their pain onto you. But remember this ,their hate is a reflection of their heart, not yours.
Oct 24, 2025 5:09 AM
Sometimes, God allows storms not to destroy you, but to strengthen you. 🌪️
Oct 26, 2025 9:32 PM
Oct 27, 2025 10:13 PM
Pain will sometimes come soft, sometimes loud, but always with a purpose. It’s the part of life that tries to shrink us, to make us forget who we are and what we carry inside. But the truth is, pain isn’t meant to define you , it’s meant to refine you.
Oct 28, 2025 6:08 PM
Sometimes it’s not the situation that keeps us stuck , it’s our thoughts about it.
Oct 30, 2025 7:18 PM
Sometimes people reveal who they are in the smallest moments, through silence, tone, or actions that speak louder than any apology ever could. We often try to give the benefit of the doubt, hoping they’ll change, or that we misunderstood. But the truth is, when someone shows you their true colors, believe them the first time. 💯
Oct 29, 2025 11:15 PM
At some point, you have to stop explaining yourself to people who have already made up their minds. You can only repeat the same truth so many times before it starts draining your peace. 🕊️
